“We decided to buy and build a new home at RV Homebase in February this year 2017. We were living in Northern Thailand at the time and made the enquiry via email with Anna Golden, RV Homebase Sales Consultant. As the village was almost complete we thought we may have missed our opportunity to become residents at RV Homebase. However, the opposite was true for us. Anna sent us all relevant information to enable us in making our decision. We decided on a floor plan with a few variations and emailed Anna who quickly put it all together for us; plans, colour schemes, all the way to contract, truly great service.

Once the contracts were signed and emailed back, the building process began. At this point, we returned to Australia. It could not have been easier. Anna then handed us over to Karen Flahavin, who is the Building Supervisor. Karen kept us up to date throughout the entire build including facilitating inspections from time to time. Karen accommodated us with any external extras, such as extra concreting, pool fencing and the like.
The two nights’ availability on the hardstand area with our caravan enabled us to communicate with the RV Homebase build team and RV Homebase Management. Mitty McCabe, the Resident Client Liaison Officer, provided us with relevant and helpful information ensuring our smooth transition into RV Homebase would be a complete success. We have now moved into our beautiful new home and are extremely pleased and happy to have been fortunate enough to be among those lucky enough to have secured our home before the village was completed. The amenities and activities are endless here at RV Homebase, from swimming, gym, golf and the list goes on. All facilities are extremely well maintained and a credit to the RV Homebase management.
